BioWheels Pricing and Price Matching
All the prices at BioWheels are based on MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing). However, in the effort to be fair and competitive, BioWheels will match the “delivered price” from any “legitimate competitor” both online and in our stores based on the following policies:
· The item must be listed on biowheels.com or be a regular inventory item in a BioWheels store.
· Email a product link to mailto:sales@biowheels.com or bring a printed page/ad into a BioWheels store. This becomes a redeemable coupon for that item at that price.
· Delivered price is defined as the competitor’s price + their freight & handling charges if applicable.
· BioWheels reserves the option to determine the legitimacy of a competitor by verifying price and availability before honoring your discount.
· BioWheels will add any applicable sales tax and/or shipping charges to the final price.

BioWheels stands behind the items we sell. We will champion your rights as a consumer with the manufacturer of a defective product based on the following policies:
• Any defective items purchased from BioWheels will be warranted free of charge for the duration of the manufacturer warranty.
• Item shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Since manufacturer return policies vary, please contact BioWheels for processing instructions.
• BioWheels acts as the agent representing your product and assumes no responsibility for any determinations of said product made by the manufacturer. These include but are not limited to repair/labor charges, return shipping charges or determinations of abuse. Any charges incurred by BioWheels will be the final responsibility of the customer
Returns
BioWheels™ Returns Policy
Returns for full refund are allowed within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and are subject to the following policies:
· All returns must be in new (unused) condition and have the original packaging if applicable.
· Returns after 30 days or without a receipt may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.
· Discounted or sale items may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.
· Special-order items may only be exchanged for another item or store credit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· BioWheels reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, altered, damaged or otherwise worn.
BioWheels Lifetime Bicycle Maintenance Warranty
All new bicycles sold by BioWheels are covered by the following policies:
• BioWheels will provide free tune-up labor for the lifetime of the bicycle to the original purchaser. Tune-up labor is limited to brake, bearing and derailleur adjustments.
• BioWheels will provide free installation labor for all accessories or parts that can be considered upgrades of the original (stock) part. Accessories and parts must be purchased from BioWheels to qualify for free installation labor.
• Exceptions to Free Labor include: cleaning, overhauling, wheel-building & truing, metalworking, removal of seized & corroded components and installation of parts subject to normal wear & tear such as tubes & tires, cables & housing and brake pads.
• All bicycles receive one free on-the-bike wheel truing within 60 days of purchase.
• BioWheels will exchange any stem for one of equal value for fitting purposes within 30 days of bicycle purchase.
• BioWheels reserves the right to refuse the above services to any bicycles that have been abused, neglected and/or altered. This includes, but is not limited to: use beyond the manufacturer’s specific intentions, crashing, water damage & corrosion, or improper service by any non-BioWheels mechanic.
• In addition to the above, all bicycles sold by BioWheels are covered by specific manufacturers’ warranties on mainframes, forks and components.
